NorKeys Font (keyboard diagrams)
Hi, I thought this may interest the publishers or any piano teacher. NorKeys font can be used to design custom chord diagrams for keyboards or pianos. It allows you to draw the keys of the piano. NorKeys font can be used to highlight the pitch(s)/key(s) to play, and it may even be useful for teachin...

Re: Double-dotted half note in 7/8
Thanks NorFonts. So I take it that you would prefer to do it as in the example and not with a double-dotted half note. Why? David, I've never encountered it either. I was interested to see if anyone else had. I think that the players want things to be more clear on the score, as I explained you, fo...

Re: Double-dotted half note in 7/8
Well, for me I'd do the same notation or vice-versa, I mean depending of the way you count the ⅞ : 3 + 4 or 4 + 3, so the example above tells you that you've 4/8 =one-half note figure and the ⅜ = a quarter note figure with a dot... I used to do it many times with my jazz compositions, and especially...

Re: SCORE 3.1 [Looking to Buy]
Hi all, I've recently been in contact with a publishing company about doing some engraving work and the owner wants me to try and get SCORE 3.1, as that is what they prefer to use. If anyone has SCORE 3.1 and is willing to sell the disk to me or knows someone that is willing to sell the disk, pleas...

Re: “Da Capo” & “Da Capo Light” Music Fonts for Dorico
Thanks for your feedback. Well, as you know, choosing between a light or standard version is kind of one's or publisher's taste. It was intentional to make two versions, because the basic font was Da Capo Light, then I developed a standard version which is a little dilatation of D.C.Light.

Re: “Da Capo” & “Da Capo Light” Music Fonts for Dorico
Nice fonts, I would definitely not use the light version. Nothing light and thin is so good for music reading. The font reminds me of something already available, Susato or what it is called...? What is the background of this font? Hi Octo, Glad you like the fonts. Da Capo has nothing to do with an...
