Colorado College's big notation site

Colorado College once had a big, wonderful site about notation. It went the way of all good things, apparently, but the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine is wonderful too, and has preserved it:

It’s nice how the internet encourages aggregation of information like this. But in a cursory review of several pages I found some inaccurate info and more than a few rules to disagree with.
