Thanks Octo. The pdf was created in legal size by mistake, but it is a letter size page.
Please point out an example for possible repositioning, so far it was very difficult to get an acceptable layout.

Ledger lines look fine to me, but I would bump up the staff line thickness a hair (still not as bold as the ledger lines)
