Looking for a specific character

I'm wondering if the specific "O with dot below it" character used in the "Number" abbreviation in the titles of scores like this is still around in the digital age:

I swear I've found it in the past, but can't seem to locate it nowadays.

I am aware of the ordinal Nº character; it is not quite what I am looking for.

U+2116 gives №, yet if there is line or dot is font depending. Some designers use dot next to o.

that would be Shift+Opt+: on Mac .. am i rite OCTO ??

Activate Unicode Hex Input, as the input keyboard layout, than Alt+ type u2116
