Trill notes via Finale script

I want to create a script that would make a small trill notes.
I need:
Layer 3 to be used: noteheads to be reduced, stem removed, noteheads only black, and than horizontally moved.
It worked earlier, but now in version 25 I have trouble. Anyone understanding where I am making mistake?
(Solution preferably for Windows version)
