The tremolos in the piano left hand are spaced according to the Finale default, but I was wondering if forum members have any views as to whether or not this is the correct/best spacing. (Tempo = 42 before the slight increase.)
PS It should of course be ‘Mister Mystery’ not ‘Mister mystery.’ Not sure how that happened as it's correct in the full score from which the vocal lines have been copied directly. Odd!

Re: Tremolo spacing?
It looks very good to my eyes.
Sometimes the beams cross the staff-lines, sometimes no.
M35 RH can be a dotted half rest. Also maybe to organise dynamics more clear.
David, as usually, makes a good looking score with many Finale defaults! That is not so easy.

Re: Tremolo spacing?
Not always. It is perfectly correct that way. But if starting at beat 2, the rest it must be broken.

Re: Tremolo spacing?
I have some quibbles with your syllabification, David - but I'm not sure if this is the correct thread for that.
The only thing I have to say about the tremolo beam is that it should be less "Finale-like" and more slanted. It doesn't stand out against the staff lines like it should.
Agree with RMK against the dotted half rest. It may be correct, but the half + quarter will be always be read correctly on the first go. You don't have that level of readability with the dotted half.
