Preferred notation?

Which do members of this forum prefer?

Although 3 is probably quite normal, I prefer to avoid that kind of tuplet. Routinely, I notate potential duplets and quadruplets in 6/8, 9/8, 12/8 &c as dotted notes rather than as tuplets. For this reason, my initial choice here in 3/4 was 1, but I've since revised it to 2 as being more correct if a tad fussy.

Or indeed, maybe 4 is the most ‘correct’, but again, I would probably rather avoid that one, although I don't dislike it as much as I do 3.

Any comments?

FWIW I prefer No. 1, which should be easy enough to understand - four equal note values in a measure of three quarters. For reference this kind of dotted values is quite common in Bartók's notation. Personally I think No. 2 would be more relevant in a slower tempo than :4 = 120.
