Re: Site very slow?

I know that yesterday was the major/global DNS overflow, so that Cloudflare didn't work at all. Particularly DNS 1.1.1.1 and other DNS providers. It could be this. Anyway, it has nothing to do with just notat.io directly. I am thinking to move the site to Europe/Sweden. If anyone has a good knowledg...

Re: Chaconne Ex — a SMuFL compatible music font

The font looks like a bunch of glyphs from various fonts slightly edited. I can't grasp how all of it goes together. Maybe is good for some educational purpose.

Re: Resized staff/note and line thickness

What a great point. I agree. Reducing the thickness of the staff lines and stems gives a less substantial appearance and is harder to read. Re: octave line question

I know that you haven't finished with editing this, but I guess it is the Dorico's default.  Why can't slurs be improved in today's software?  Starting from Finale's super-ugly slurs, Sibelius couldn't improve it either, and now -- Dorico?

Resized staff/note and line thickness

I’ve just looked at benwiggy’s engraving in Dorico, and I noticed one thing that still perplexes me. Have a look, original VS Dorico: Skärmavbild 2025-06-06 kl. 22.58.45.png Skärmavbild 2025-06-06 kl. 23.01.03.png As you can see, the grace note not only has a smaller note-head and accidental, but al...

Re: Dorico 6.10 update!

How is Dorico capable of writing educational material?  Such as creating various boxes, arrows in any direction, braces and brackets both horizontal and vertical?

Re: Joost Witte - calligraphy music like Bach

Interesting, I did the same when I was little.  Not exactly the same result, but the intention was right!
