Very nice! What is the "No Glyph" thing? How many symbols are there?
I'm seriously considering picking this one up... but you drive a hard bargain!

Re: SCORE 3.1 [Looking to Buy]
San Andreas Press has been defunct since at least 2014. There are still a couple of email addresses on that site: stephen@newnotations.com score@scoremus.com No idea if either are active, but could be worth following up if the OP is still interested. The website newnotations.com redirects to https:...

Re: SCORE 3.1 [Looking to Buy]
I've recently been in contact with a publishing company about doing some engraving work and the owner wants me to try and get SCORE 3.1, as that is what they prefer to use. Software is transitory, like life itself in this mortal realm. Any company whose business relies on software that is legally u...

Re: SCORE 3.1 [Looking to Buy]
I used to have the DOS version (last version I had was likely 3.0, 3.1?), but have no idea what happened to the disks. It does appear like you can still purchase the Windows version of WINSCORE 5.01, which I don't think really ever caught on with SCORE users: http://www.maresova.net/winscore/purcha...

Re: Henle then and now
Something that I've noticed (as someone who's very sensitive to engraving styles and house styles) is that I get very tired of reading the modern Henle editions compare to the old. Spacing is strict and mathematical, and for some paradoxical reason it makes it harder to read. There's flow and charm ...

Re: Dorico slurs and beams
@benwiggy, would you be willing to share your parameters for the slurs? and other house-style things?
It's gorgeous.

Re: SCORE 3.1 [Looking to Buy]
I have been pining for SCORE for some time, and I'm not sure you'll find anyone willing to part with it. Besides, there is the EULA which may/may not stipulate that you may not transfer licenses. But, this doesn't matter, since you are outta' luck. Leland Smith died several years ago and his estate ...

Re: Dorico for iPad
.... and Daniel has just announced that the limit on Player/staff numbers will be REMOVED in a forthcoming update. (For subscribers: the 2 or 4 limit still applies to the free app.) There you go! I guess for folks who really wanted it for iPad, they can have it all now. It's also really fascinating...

"Well, I don't need it, so they shouldn't have done it."
Ah, yes, the nay-sayers; without them, there would be no comic relief to their picky attitudes. Beggars can't be choosers.
