Your notation is OK. Most harpists will play the glissando with right hand and play the last note with left (for safety). This order may change what happens before/after, though. Does it help if you make Document Option/Notes and Rests/Spacing before music amount larger? (Obviously you still have to tweak some tie directions with special tools).

Usually string numbers are in Roman numerals (lowest=IV, highest=I). These now look quite like fingering numbers. You could also put a zero (0) on the last note as it is an open string.
