Thanks John, yes I just noticed last night that it’s an error in the documentation there. And I will add additional explanation, as I understand that’s a bit more complicated.
And no, that spacing shouldn’t be closer. That’s a bit of kerning that needs to be corrected.

Re: MusAnalysis
Just a quick note to say that MusAnalysis has been updated on Notation Central. I’ve added a ton of things (that “.1” is a big number), and there’s comprehensive documentation now. Please let me know what feedback you have and I’ll continue making improvements (but I promise not to over-post about i...

Re: MusAnalysis
By the way, I’m pretty jazzed about this: in the newest version (as of 10 minutes ago), try typing:
!LL IV V vi V !RR
It’s a really handy way to underline. There’s more functionality along these lines, but that’s an introduction.
Also, ![I[V V6 I V!]]

Re: MusAnalysis
That’s not a big problem, I think the easiest solution would be to assign another character to that same end extender line to allow it to work easily in Finale’s lyric tool.
UPDATE: I've added semicolon for this, since it was unused.

Re: MusAnalysis
I get hyphens for the Roman numerals with the question mark and longer lines with the quotation mark. Both can become long solid lines if held, but this pushes the first Roman numeral out of position. This is a Finale thing, not a font thing. You need to left-align that lyric. I think it's somethin...

Re: MusAnalysis
For those, use a quotation mark.
Sorry, the documentation hasn't caught up with the changes yet.

Re: MusAnalysis
That’s odd… I’m sure I changed the position of those hyphens. I’ll check again when I’m back at my computer tonight.
Edit: Yes, it works correctly. Maybe try uninstalling the previous, installing the beta, and restarting Finale?

Re: MusAnalysis
Dan, I want it to look like this: Example I.jpeg But if I put a space after the number, it looks like this: Example J.jpeg There are many workarounds, but I am wondering if there is a way to do it within your font. John, here's the latest beta , which should accomplish exactly what you're wanting w...

Re: MusAnalysis
In that final example, your best bet is to insert a space between the number and the first hyphen, which will “break” it and make it centered, not superscript.
