Yes, he is the retired librarian of the Atlanta (GA) Symphony (in the US), Steven Sherrill.
He has many helpful videos such as this one.

I went looking for more of his videos, but only found one about the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra library.

Thanks, RMK. I found that one, but it is a list of resources. I was hoping for more videos on binding, specifically on how to put those signatures together to form a larger book.

There is a video tab leading to more videos, although I don't think he has one addressing your particular issue. However, there are countless videos on bookbinding that should lead you to that information.

Thanks, again, RMK. I know the standard way to do it, but thought that he might have something new to say about it. I suspect that he just spiral binds larger parts.

Re: How to make an orchestral performance part from loose sheets of paper.
A lot of important and simple things are long gone... Proper preparation of sheet music is not only the signature of the person doing it, or the design of the book, but behind this there is a great deal of knowledge and a selfless desire to share that knowledge with other people, and these things are important things to keep out of oblivion. We need to keep this information for the purpose of educating present and future generations who are in any way engaged in the preparation of sheet music ... of any kind. Today, all this seems simple or outdated in today's world of modern technology...I always go back to "old school" and remind me of quality thinking
