Using Dorico for Early Music, pt. 2

I've just written an article about using Dorico to prepare editions of Early Music. This is essentially an 'update' to previous articles, incorporating the new features that have been added since then.

Very nice. Possible to repost this whole article into this thread? In the case scoringnotes goes away...
