Finale has released the .2 update to version 26.

Apparently, there are major problems with this update, which may affect the appearance of notation, such as ties. A revised updated is expected shortly.

A 'Hot Fix" version 26.2.1 has been released.

Thanks for the info. I stay at 25.5 and somehow it sounds scary even to think to upgrade to v26.
I still hope that Finale will clean up their code and move forward, despite all. Having several notation programs is always better for us end users! Wishing good luck MM.
