Notation fonts

Post by benwiggy »

Scoring Notes' online shop, "Notation Central" has collected and bundled a whole load of notation fonts and others. Several notation fonts are now available for Dorico (and others that use SMuFL), as well as fonts for Finale, Sibelius, etc.

I am elated at Abraham Lee's work in this area. His fonts are some of the highest quality fonts I've ever used. When I used LilyPond mostly, I reached for his fonts more than the standard fonts.

We are incredibly lucky to have talented folks like him in this industry to raise the bar after such a long time of "defaults" and cost-prohibitive custom font creation.
