There's a minor update for Dorico, released today. As usual, it's mainly tidying up matters arising from the big 5.1 update, but it also includes some nice new features:
- Custom Page size editor
- Harp Pedal 'switches' for creating diagrams
- Coloured Accidentals, to show cautionaries and manual changes.
The accidental colours are exactly the kind of "didn't know I needed it" feature that Dorico does so well. This now makes automatic cautionaries and manually altered accidentals appear in colour, making them stand out while editing.
The Harp switches are essentially a set of "pedals" that you can configure for creating diagrams.
And the Page Editor makes creating (and saving) additionl paper sizes a doddle.
