Changed date and time

I have just noticed that the date and time for the thread "MOLA Guidelines for Music Preparation" by OCTO, is now changed from "11 Jul 2020, 22:28" to "12 Jul 2020, 00:28". What caused this to happen?

Now it is back again to the former date and time. What is going on?

Maybe the server issue? Since it is always :28.

Yes, it is, or was, strange. It jumped back and forth with two hours.

Now I believe I understand why this jumping around happens: it has to do with my timezone when logged in, UTC+01:00, instead of UTC when not logged in, and with the daylight saving time moving my timezone to UTC+02:00. Since "MOLA Guidelines for Music Preparation" was written during my time zone's daylight saving time period it moves by 2 hours.
