Orchestra Music Folders

Hi everyone,
I am the Principal Conductor of a touring symphonic concert series called Game ON! (Www.gameonconcert.com).
I have a question for any folks familiar with orchestra librarian practices.
If you were receiving the parts for a 110 minute concert that featured 14 different pieces for a 72 piece orch and SATB choir, would you rather they arrive sorted by section in 9x12 (A3) file folders or, would it be preferable to have them arrive in individual stand folders like this.

Would really appreciate the feedback. Im happy to make the investment into the above linked folders but if the librarian would prefer to place them in their preferred house folders than I wouldnt make the investment into the folders.
