Dorico 4.02 and v2.1 for iPad

The Dorico team continue to churn out new releases: this point update has over 90 improvements and bug fixes.
There are some more Engraving Options for Beams, barlines and Accidentals; a new property for trills; the addition of a single-stroke caesura; and improvements to the Key Editor, Jump Bar, and Library Manager.
There's also QuickLook and Spotlight support on MacOS!
The iPad version has also been updated to give it 'parity' with the Desktop version.
